Overview:

Nebula power Li-ion battery pack final product test system is ideal for the basic and protection performance test of high-power battery packs, such as the Li-ion battery packs of electric bicycles, power tools, gardening tools and medical equipment etc.

Applicable range:

The system can be applied to the final product test of Li-ion battery packs under 100V, such as the Li-ion battery packs of electric bicycles, electric tools, gardening tools and energy storage etc. The charge voltage of the test system is up to 100V, the charge current up to 100A and the discharge current up to 150A.

Precision test of battery pack total voltage (Comparison of hardware AD and software GAS GAUGE IC)

On-load voltage test—-LV (equivalent DC internal resistance test
