A Battery Management System (BMS) is an embedded unit performing critical battery functions, including cell monitoring and balancing, pack charge and discharge control, safety, and communications. The BMS must be tested early in development to optimize control algorithms, as well as during manufacturing to ensure reliable functionality.

It provides a comprehensive range of tests, including fault simulation tests for battery over-voltage and under-voltage, charge/discharge over-temperature/over-current tests, BMS insulation function tests, BMS digital output comparison tests, and more. Additionally, it supports a variety of communication protocols, such as CANBus, I2C, SMBus, RS232, RS485, and UART, and is equipped with menu-based software programming for enhanced user-experience.
