On January 12th, Fujian Nebula Electronics Co., Ltd. (Nebula) and State Grid Fujian Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. (State Grid) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. - Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Energy Storage
- Applying advanced energy storage technologies to optimize energy consumption structures, improve energy efficiency, and enhance power supply stability.
- Smart Urban Energy Systems
- Promoting the deployment of integrated PV–ESS–Charging–Testing ultra-fast charging stations, enabling intelligent and interconnected urban energy networks.
- Integrated Low-Carbon Energy Models
- Exploring innovative applications combining DC microgrids, ESS, Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G), and battery health AI large model, creating replicable and scalable solutions for zero-carbon urban environments.

The cooperation will focus on developing zero-carbon industrial parks and urban demonstration projects, including the Xiamen Airport Economic Zone, Zhangzhou Gulei Port Economic Development Zone, and Fuding Industrial Park, serving as reference models for integrated energy solutions.
