Comprehensive Product Ecosystem: By integrating its proprietary testing technologies with products such as charging-inspection charger, BESS intelligent supercharging stations,, and intelligent battery swap cabinets, Nebula provides reliable support for city-level charging network.

National Collaboration: Nebula is actively engaged in a national project led by the China Academy of Transportation Sciences, focusing on the development and standardization of a digital intelligent monitoring system for batteries in operational vehicles. Leveraging its self-developed “Battery Health AI Large Model,” Nebula is collaborating with the Academy to advance the “AI Large Model for In-Service Vehicle and Vessel Battery Health,” which supports 3,000+battery models. 

AI-Powered Battery Health Management: Nebula’s “Battery Health AI Large Model” performs horizontal comparisons across battery types and longitudinal analysis of historical and real-time data. It delivers dynamic assessments based on metrics such as capacity retention, lifespan prediction, and safety risk indices, enhancing the safety, scheduling, and efficiency of urban charging-swap networks.

Full-Lifecycle Monitoring & Data Applications:The AI model enables comprehensive &full- lifecycle battery health tracking , empowering transportation operators and regulators to accurately monitor batteries in commercial NEVs. This significantly improves operational safety and regulatory oversight. The reliable data generated also supports various downstream sectors, helping build a safer and healthier ecosystem for NEVs.

Pilot Applications: The AI large model is already being applied in Fujian Transportation Group and Hebei Postal Express, enabling intelligent management and predictive maintenance of power batteries.
