BAT-NEM-7510-V005 is a charge/discharge cycle test system designed for power lithium battery packs used in power tools, scooters, drones, smart homes, construction machinery vehicles, etc. It is ideal for high-accuracy laboratory testing and aging tests in production lines, and can be connected in parallel to meet various battery pack testing requirements without needing calibration over an extended period of time. Additionally, it is equipped with a range of safety features to protect against over-voltage, over-current, and other abnormal operations.

Boasting an impressive 91.3% efficiency in the transfer of energy between the power grid and the device, this product utilizes a sophisticated DC common bus architecture to create an energy pool at the DC end within the equipment. This allows for simultaneous charging and discharging of each channel battery, resulting in an integrated efficiency of up to 96%, thus providing customers with considerable savings on their electricity bills.

No need for calibration for a period of five years, enhancing the efficacy of equipment utilization and minimizing the expenditure on upkeep:

The system employs a 10PPM high-precision alloy-resistance sensor for sampling, with its thermal characteristics remaining stable and unaffected by magnetic deviation or temporal factors. The superior air duct integration design within the cabinet ensures that the apparatus can remain uncalibrated for an extended period (5 years) while still preserving its high voltage and current accuracy.
