Overview

The voltage and temperature of battery pack are closely related to the battery capacity. It is indispensable to collect the voltage and temperature of battery cells.

BAT-NEM-192V32T-V008 is a computer-controlled 192-channel voltage acquisition module and 32-channel temperature measurement module, which is used to monitor the voltage and temperature of battery pack in the cycling or other testing process. The obtained voltage and temperature value can be used by the technical personnel to make judgement or as a warning during the test of working condition simulation test system.

1、System features

• High precision: the voltage measurement accuracy is 1‰F.S. (full scale) and  temperature measurement accuracy is±1℃;

• Quick response: the equipment adopts CAN and Ethernet communication, which can   ensure the stable and real-time data acquisition;

• Easy to maintain: the modular design and high integration level guarantees easy maintenance and great stability;

Single point modular control: all the channels are independent with high production efficiency. Each module can control, measure and collect 16-channel voltage or temperature;

Excellent function scalability: the voltage and temperature monitoring channels can be expanded to accommodate the customers’ various applications (max. 15 modules*16 channel/module).

2、Test items and functions

Voltage monitoring: the working performance of the battery packs depends on the worst battery. In order to optimize the battery packs, effective monitoring and data recording should be conducted on the voltage of each battery cell.

Temperature monitoring: battery temperature has great effects on battery’s capacity, voltage, internal resistance, charge-discharge efficiency, service life, security and consistency, the temperature monitoring and data record should be executed.

Data recording: the monitoring and data recording of voltage and temperature can be used not only for technical analysis of the battery packs or but also as a judging criteria of working condition, which ensures that the performance tests can be executed under safe and reliable conditions.
