- Nebula Electronics Automation Co., Ltd. was founded by four founders
- Developed the first domestic laptop battery PCM testing system, pioneering the production of battery testing equipment in China,addressing a technological gap in the domestic market
2009
- Entered supply chains of SMP, ASUS, Sony, Samsung, and Apple, setting the pace for China's mobile device battery testing industry
2010
- Launched the power lithium battery pack protection board test system and finished product test system
- Affirmed the development goal as a system integrator specializing in automated battery pack assembly lines with testing technology as the essence
2011
- Recognized as a national high-tech enterprise
- Expanding into the EV testing field, with a key focus on developing a cutting-edge 400kW Pack Cycler
2013
- Applying electronics and measurement control technology to charging and energy storage, with a comprehensive focus on high-power, super-charging stations and PCS

- Established joint ventures Contemporary Nebula Technology Energy with CATL comprehensively laying out energy storage and Smart BESS Charging Station

- Battery cell formation and grading system has been successfully applied at the client's end

- Established Nebula Research Institute (in Fuzhou and Beijing) and Future Technology Innovation Laboratory
- Established a MW-level energy storage inverter testing and validation center

- Established a joint venture company, Nebula Intelligent Energy (Fujian) Technology Co., Ltd.,to accelerate the application of Smart BESS Charging Stations

- Introduced a series of energy storage inverter products covering the full power range from 100 to 3450kW
- Launched the 600kW liquid-cooled ultra-fast EV charger,creating a charging system that covers the full power range from 3.5 to 600kW
- Introduced an internal resistance tester, achieving the world's leading standards and entering the field of general-purpose instruments
